Over the course of my career, I've supported executive teams with day-to-day administrative assistance, operational functions, and the coordination and leadership of process improvements, meetings, special events, projects, and travel arrangements.
My background spans office and project management, staff training, documentation, and driving key deliverables to completion. At my core, I believe the best executive support is felt more than seen — the calendar just works, the trip is booked, the room is ready, and the leader can focus on what only they can do.
Currently, I serve as Senior Business Partner to the Head VP of Amazon's Project Kuiper / Amazon Leo, where I lead a team of 34 Executive Assistants and help drive reorganization across a 7,500-person leadership structure.
